New Study: Pew Teen Mobile Phone Use

The Pew Internet & American life project new study demonstrates teen cell phone use. The results seem to affirm a lot of previous notions concerning teens but there is so much good information in here take a few minutes and flip through.

Here’s a couple of takeaways:

  • They text over 50 times a day but call less than 5
  • After texting they use their phones for taking & sharing photos
  • Over half talk while driving (34% txt while driving)
  • Teens who pay for their bill will do more with their phone
